The Queens of Clean come to your neighborhood once every 4 weeks, the day of your regular collection day.
There is no need for you to be at home. Just leave the trash cans at the curb, by the evening time our green eco-friendly wash truck will clean, deodorize and sanitize the trash cans right at your curb leaving them sparkly clean.

You’ll be amazed how ridiculously affordable our service is. Choose from one of our service plans now!
-
We offer multiple service plans. One plan requires you to pre-pay for the entire year…with a discount of course.
Our other “FLEX PAY” plan allows you to pay up in 4 easy payments. Your card will be billed every 3 months prior to your scheduled service. You’ll also receive an emailed receipt, which acts as a reminder for your upcoming service.
-
Our green eco-friendly wash trucks go to different neighborhoods each day. An information package will be emailed to you, which includes the date we will be servicing your neighborhood.
Let us know how you’d like us to remind you. We’ll contact you the day before we come to your home. We can call, text, email you – or all three.
-
Sorry but no. Each container has its own identification and only trash / recycle bins that have a scheduled service will be cleaned.

There are two possible solutions to this problem:
You can leave your trash cans up by the garage, the side of the house, or anywhere where we can reasonably have access to them without needing to walk inside an enclosure. We will return them to that same spot when we finish our work. We will only go behind a gate if you give us authorization to do so.
In addition, you can give us the contact information to the HOA Board and/or Manager and we will be happy to give them a call to see if we can come up with a solution. Many HOA’s work with us once they understand the health and aesthetic benefits of our service. Quite often the HOAs ask us to come back and serve their entire community and we’re happy to do so at discounted rates.

Simply call or email us in advance of your cleaning day and we will credit you for that month, skip your cleaning, and see you the following month. Unfortunately, if you do not let us know and we come to your home to provide the service, your account can not be credited.
-
This is the best part, they’ll look new and smell fresh and clean. In addition, you’ll receive a service confirmation email letting you know that the cans are cleaned, sanitized & deodorized. We also place an easily removable tag on the lid confirming “The Queens of Clean HAVE CLEANED AGAIN”.
-
Great question! At the end of each workday the Queens of Clean disposes all wash water in an approved manner, the water is processed at local sewage treatment plants and can be used for reclaimed water for irrigation purposes within the communities we serve.
-
We do our very best to ensure our trucks and the Queens of Clean will always be available. In the unlikely event this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible and try to reschedule service. If this is not possible, we’ll credit your account and see you the following month.
-
No problem. When you initially schedule service we ask for your contact information. The day before our green eco-friendly wash trucks come to your neighborhood we will call, text, email you – or all three depending on your preference.
-
Yes, you will need to enter your payment information into our secure payment portal. You will have to select the option to allow Queens of Clean to charge in the future. Once that has been done, we will get you set up on the schedule and notify you of your first cleaning.

The happiness of our customer base is always our #1 priority. We will make every effort to get your bins as clean as possible, with the goal of them looking brand new. That said, the reality is that most trash bins have been heavily abused for many years. We will use several different techniques to remove stubborn stains and gunk, but sometimes it takes multiple treatments to get everything off the inside. This is another reason we recommend our subscription plans. Your bins will continue to get better and better with each treatment. All this said, if you are not happy with the result, then we are not happy. Please reach out if you have any questions, comments or concerns, and we will do what it takes to make it right for you!

The Winter season presents challenges, and the cleaning mechanisms of the truck will not operate properly during colder months. Therefore, unfortunately we are closed yearly in January and February.
If, due to inclement/winter weather, we are not able to service your bins, we will reschedule your service at a date in the near future. If we can’t get it done in a timely fashion, no need to worry, your account will be credited.
